I'm looking for a low-budget LPC21xx prototyping system (i.e., 
prototype board and tool chain) as an experimental H-Bridge motor 
controller for a home robotics project.

Has anyone tried the Olimex LPX2106 prototyping board?

Does this board work OK with the Macraigor GNU tool chain?

Olimex also has a $20 Wiggler clone which seems to work with the 
Macraigor C Compiler:

Are there any other inexpensive ARM7 eval boards I should look at?
