Here's the response I got from Keil when I asked that question a while back: Thank you for using Keil Software. "Do the Keil ARM tools generate ARM Procedure Call Standard (APCS) compatible code? " For the Keil ARM compiler, no. APCS is currently only supported using the GNU compiler.
