Lpc2000

Hello everybody!

  I'm trying to build a USB host in Windows2000, and later build
grafic interface over it, to the lpc2148 but i cant find C header
files neither their DLLs to use windows HID SYSs files, could anyone
tell me where to find C/C++ libraries and DLLs to use in windows?
Other ideas are wellcome to.
