James,

You are using our debugger - right?

This should be done automatically when flashing using Seehau. Any problems?

Or is there any other things that I need to be aware of? Such as - is this
done for production, rather than debug?

Would it be acceptable to do it on an intel hex file (or similar simple
format)?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
