In the LPC210X users guide, Do the bits in VICIntEnable correspond to
the sources in table 44, or to the Vector Address Registers number?
I.e., does setting bit zero in VICIntEnable enable the WDT interrupt, or
does it enable whatever interrupt source is assigned to VICVectAddr0?
