Rob,

I found this through a rather distasteful bout of trial and error, using 
EWARM version 3.40A:

On the XLINK tab of the project setup, select "Other" format, 
"intel-standard", with format variant "End only with 00000001FF", and 
Module-local symbols "Suppress All".

Try that...
