USB 2.0 with NET2270 / NET2272 and LPC2000 ?

Hello,

has someone used one of NetChip's USB 2.0 controller with LPC2000 series (or
any other uC) ?
Is it working without problems ? What bandwidth can i reach in reality ?
What is the rough price of these chips ?
