Lpc2000

I cannot find anything in the datasheets or manuals about the 
endurance of the flash. What is the life in terms of programming 
cycles and years of retention? Is this limited cycles such as 100, or 
can it handle many rewrites i.e. 1M. Unclear whether I can use this 
for updatable variable storage or if I should add an EEPROM to do it.
