That sure caught my attention.  I am laying out a design right now 
and noticed that ETM was always enabled with the JTAG primary port.  
Therefore I planned on using the secondary JTAG port so as not to 
kill off the ETM pins.

Now you say that the secondary JTAG port does not work?
Has anybody else had this experience?
