IAR know this problem but don't fix it as they sell Segger's J-LINK 
(with much higher cost than Wiggler) and don't want Wiggler to 
compete it. 
I guess Rowley take a good advantage of this situation providing not 
only hassle free support for the low cost Wiggler but also Flash 
programming and debug with Wiggler.
