Thanks for that.
BTW, would the same 'make' (under Cygwin) work for other GNU packages 
like MSP430, AVR and Hitachi, as some of them come with make utility 
of it's own.
I always had a problem with coexistence of GNU tools for different 
micros (MSP430 and H8S).
