Leighton:

I noticed that you made a revision to your interrupt-driven UART 
routines to disable/restore global interrupts around the 
disabling/enabling of the transmit and receive interrupts.  What was 
your rationale for making this change?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
