Markus, AT91M55800A is based on ARM7TDMI core where as the LPC2106 is based on ARM7TDMI-S core. The debug interface is slightly different. Make sure that you use the ARM7TDMI-S as core type when connecting with jeeni. Also check with EPI if the JEENI RDI driver supports the ARM7TDMI-S core.
