Yes I am aware of the IAP part Id thing and have that working.

Is there any specification on what the part Id means?

ie. From the part Id number how do I work out what part it is?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
