They do have. I have just received a tray of 2129s within 1 week of ordering.
One thing which is a problem, is that Philips are not allowing them to ship Philips 
devices to areas outside their desicnated distribution area. We had to get someone in
the USA to receive the devices an reship to South Africa. AFAICR they are only allowed 
to supply philips devices to the North American area.
The designated Philips suppliers to our area, gave delivery times of 11 weeks upwards.
