Yes, the SAM devices are really pretty nice--sort of like the LPC2000 and STR7 devices, but Atmel's take on it. We don't have a SAM7 board yet, but when one arrives, we'll be adding support for it. Atmel promise we'll be one of the first to get one, but what this means is really rather vague. I think we're covering quite a range of devices and boards now. The devices with integrated flash are, of course, the easiest to target a toolset at hence the interest in the SAM7. Latest in the door is a rather large Cirrus part.
