Lpc2000

Hi !
I am totally new to ARM.
I consider buing the LPC2124 development board with the crystal 
ethernet interface from Olimex.

Does anyone have experience with this board ?

As this is home project, I want be able to invest in expensive 
software.

Can anyone guide me on how to get started.
I need a compiler with IDE (using win2000), a programmer (JTAG or 
ISP ?) and some good C source examples.

It would be great if anyone had experience with a rtos and perhaps an 
ip stack implementation for the LPC2124.

Anything would be a great help.
