Lpc2000

I'm revising an LPC2106 board and making its console port compatible
with the "Use DTR/RTS for Reset and Boot Loader Selection" option of the
"LPC2000 Flash Utility."

Just as a final sanity check..

I am connecting DTR through an RS232 receiver and an open-collector
inverter to RST (pin 6), and I am connecting RTS through an RS232
receiver and an open-collector inverter to PC0.14/DCD1/EINT1 (pin 44).
So, when the PC drives DTR "true" (-12V) it will drive pin 6 low and
reset the LPC2106, and when it drives RTS "true" (-12V) it will drive
pin 44 low and place the part into 'load' mode.

This is correct?
