Sanjay, to be more specific, the LPC2104 is identical to the LPC2106 except the SRAM. While the LPC2106 offers 64k SRAM, the LPC2104 only offers 16k SRAM (and is therefore cheaper). All SFR addresses and SRAM start address are indentical, the only difference is the end address of the SRAM.
