Lpc2000

Hi,
I ordered the IAR Kickstart kit for LPC2106 from the Philips web 
site. The kit arrived last week but contrary to the information on 
the site, it didn't contain the USB/JTAG cable.

Philips are saying I should talk to IAR because it came from them, 
IAR are saying I should talk to Philips.

I'm a contract designer who was planning to recommend these products 
to my client, if customer support is this good on 'day one', maybe 
I'd better offer another solution.

Has anyone else bought this kit and if so what was your experience 
of it?
