Whatever the kit is called is seems clear it includes a USB/JTAG 
link. IAR(UK) agree but can't help unless it's by selling me another 
kit.

It's getting to be a common problem, particularly with design tools. 
Manufacturers want to reduce costs by consolidating manufacture and 
shipment to global hubs, which would be fine if they'd back it up 
with some global support.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
