Eclipse for ARM development

Hello,

Has anyone used Eclipse already for developing LPC2106 (or ARM in 
general) applications?

I am particularly interested if the following combination would work:

IDE: Eclipse + CDT
Compiler: GCC
Debugger: GDB
JTAG interface: OCDRemote + Wiggler (or alike)
OS: Windows or Linux
