ok, changed some settings, same stuff like the Wiggler:Notification 
from the target:

Target power detected on VREF
Auto JTAG detection process detected 1 TAP
JTAG connection established
Auto JTAG detection process detected 1 TAP
Unable to stop target processor
Finished reading startice.cmd
MON>Target status not available (may be in sleep mode)
Unable to stop target processor

So with this JTAG device, i am now at the same level as the wiggler, 
but what could be wrong now? I'm getting some data out of the chip 
now (scope), but still problems
