Yes, I noticed the data sheet was blank. I also looked a little closer
and saw that it wasn't all of the outputs that were slow. The problem
pin is po.16. po.17->19 are fast (10ns).

Maybe my part is broken.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
