HowTo use wiggler

Hello. 

I never used earlier jtag. Could anyone tell me or give me link to 
HOWTO? En example can I use wiggler under cygwin for debug LPC 
processor? Can I use «DDD» debugger? And howto connect DDD to wiggler. 
Sory for stupid question.
