question about memory mapping?

Hello, I am dummy for LPC210x.
Now i am testing sample code with IAR Embedded Workbench.
then i cannot understand about 'LPC2106_JLink.xcl' file
(i think it mapping to board memory)
So i need help about processing memory mapping.
