Most demos ship with three xcl files - JLINK, Standalone and RAM. The Standalone is used for placing the code into FLASH. The JLINK usually downloads to RAM where you can have unlimited breakpoints (only 2 in FLASH). I have noticed that some of the XCL files are not tuned to the Philips parts. You may want to check that the FLASH and RAM sizes are correct.
