FINALLY!  Thank you very much.  This is exactly what I was looking 
for.  Even has a decent makefile.  I wish you guys would rename this 
something obvious like "Full Featured GNU ARM Example".  That would 
have saved me a lot of searching, downloading, and hunting work.
