Get OcdLibRemote from the same site.  It provides a gdbserver
that provides an interface to the WIGGLER that can be used
by any version of gdb (ARM version that is).  Unfortunately
for Linux guys, it only runs on Windows boxes.  However it
is possible to connect to it (running on a Win box) from 
gdb running on a Linux box.
