For those who are interested. I have numbers from running Dhrystone (Clipping from a larger table, ran on various processor architectures & boards). It compares SDT against gcc 3.4.0 (GNU-ARM) on LPC1206. http://www.geocities.com/michaelanburaj/downloads/dhry_lpc.gif For those who are not aware of SDT: SDT is a older tools used by ARM. ADS should follow along the same numbers as SDT. Also I have stack size comparison by running uCOS-II Example#2 code (which estimates stack usage of all the active tasks). http://www.geocities.com/michaelanburaj/downloads/ucos_ex2.txt I use both gcc & ARM tools (ADS & SDT) heavily. Gcc (for ARM/THUMB) is not bad at all! __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Mail has the best spam protection around http://mail.yahoo.com
