I know this is off topic, but does anyone have any experience with PC
based scopes like pico? (http://www.picotech.com/oscilloscope.html)
If so, I'd really be interested to hear opinions, issues and/or
considerations.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
