There are many serial flash devices (I Use SST25vf512)that guarantee
100K cycles and 100 years.  Flash offers byte write and sector erase,
while EEPROM offers both byte write and erase but are SLOW.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
