Tsvetan,
 It did work for me. You need to unistalled the older version or check
the shorcut (you shorcut is probably pointing to the previous version)
and every new installation of flash utility is creating a new folder 
on your hardisk.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
