Lpc2000

I have a Philips LPC-MT-2106 development board from Olimex
(http://www.olimex.com/dev/lpc-mt.html).  I want to be able to use 
the Philips LPC2000 Flash Utility, which seems to only operate 
through the com ports.

Is there a serial cable that connects to the JTAG on my board?  If 
so, where can I buy it and would it allow me to use the Flash 
Utility?  If not, then what cable should I buy so that I can use the 
Flash Utility?  Can I simply buy a serial to parallel converter so 
that I can use my parallel port JTAG programmer through the com port?
