When trying to reduce the overall current draw in the power-down mode on an LPC2214 processor, we noticed some peculiar behavior on some of the port pins (P0.7, P0.14, and P0.20). The chip draws 230uA more current on the 3.3V supply per pin when any of these pins is tied high rather than low. There was no change on the 1.8V current. Does anyone know what is going on inside the chip to cause the additional current draw? Bill
