I feel a lot better now :)  Really I do.  I hate setting something up as 
"It seems to work", sooner or later the underlying problem will unmask 
itself and reappear.

Now I can add a proper comment (and pointer to official documentation) so 
that some poor benighted soul (me) doesn't 'optimize' the work around away.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
