Thank you for your quick responses,
I try to get a user feddback about tools.
I notice several complete solutions around 2/3K. 
(compiler+debugger/simulator)

Did anybody experience with ULINK (keil) or TANTO-BASE (hitex) or 
TANTINO (hitex)
I notice that hitex solution seam to be more powerfull ? (downmoad 
speed ...)
