I've done LPC2194 and LPC2294 designs and just do the stuff you should do on every design: Keep the xtal close to the uC and on the same layer as the uC. Put a .1 or .01 uF cap on EACH power pin. Put a 10uF or two tant. cap on the board. Keep the power traces short as possible. Study the LPC2xxx user manual for any pins that need pulled up or down.
