Visual Studio is not to hard to use but you have to maintain the 
makefile yourself - external makefile.
Eclipse is ok but a huge download and a bit of an overkill.
Could look at Dev-Cpp http://www.bloodshed.net - small and simple.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
