hi
I have used the same board for one of my project.
put jumper on BSL (2 pin berg stick on board) and then sw on the power and use phillips flash utility to program it.
connect only one to one 9 pin D connector between the board and pc.
No extra hardware is required.
to run the program, sw off the system, take out the BSL jumper and sw on.
