Leon, From your website, I see that pins 3,17,19,11 are not connected at target end (20-pin) On the development board of MPC2130 of Keil pins 17, 19, 11 are connected to ground through 10K resistor and Pin 3 has a 10k pull-up resistor. Does these changes matter to talk to the target.
