Lpc2000

Hi,
Who can tell me the interrupt response time about LPC2132? 
In my system, one rising edge causes the capture interrupt. The 
delay between the rising edge and getting capture value is critical: 
less than 1uS!!
Who know this time? Whether the LPC2132 is suitable for this project?
