No, I have the latest 1.6, and I did not have any interrups enabled, 
it was run directly at powerup.
Seems to work fine at 12 MHz, so I just disable the PLL while 
programming.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
