Yes, does your linker/compiler support something like a far attribute.
ARM's linker handles this transparently, GNU is bad, as you need to compile
code with -mlong-calls.

A reason why I (and I am sure others as well), is the Philips place the CS
areas far outside the range of a "bl" instruction.
(Damn, if I meat the one responsible for this, I'll .%/&§&$/§)
