Hi Johan, this depends highly on your preference for software tools. If you like Keil and will use it, buy Keil! If you like IAR and will use it, buy IAR! If you are sure that you will not use either one, the Olimex is lowest price but does not come with the software example the two others do. IAR and Keil have examples included and provide a better package. With Olimex you can save probably around $100 but you will invest that with extra time compared to the two other ones. Hardware differences are minimal, IAR has a small LCD display (text only), Keil has a speaker for DAC out and more LEDs. btw.
