Lpc2000

I have a project that is using a 2138, and I would like to add a
Qvga(320X240) monochrome 1 bir per pixel graphic screen to do mostly
text and some simple graphics like boxes, and maybe a moving wait bar.
Cost is a big factor. 

I'd appreciate any suggestions regarding graphic panels, controllers
and design approaches.
