AT91 ARM Thumb

Hi all,

Just wondering what people think of the Atmel AT91 ARM Thumb chips?  The
"AT91RM9200-QI-002" looks pretty interesting.  It is 180MHz pqfp 208
package.  Are these supported by the arm/thumb GNU toolchain?
Anyone selling evalboards for these chips?
