Lpc2000

Hello;
I am seeing some rumors(?) that there may be an LPC2xxx variant that 
supports USB. Is this real? or vapour-ware? If real? when will this 
variant be available in production quantities?

I am interested in an LPC2xxx device that supports USB-2. I am 
considering an arm embedded project that needs USB, and it would be 
very nice to have an integrated USB controller instead of having to 
glue one onto a board.

I am primarily interested in systems that can support lots of ram...at 
least 32k internal, but preferrably, a system with an external 
expansion bus so I can glue extra SRAM on my system.
