Flash upload via JTag

Is it possible to upload ones program to the flash memory of a LPC2132
through the JTag interface?
I'm using a Chameleon POD JTag Interface and OCDRemote, in combination
with Eclipse.

I know that it is possible through Keil micro Vision, but as I'm using
C++, this is not an option.

Is it completly undoable or does a workaround exist?
