James,
  I use the IAR debuugger with JLINK interface...  I did not know 
that you could FLASH a chip via JTAG.

Can you describe (in detail) this operation?  Are there any tricks to 
it, that may not be intuitive to a novice user like myself?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
